The company is owned jointly by Mr. Harrelson and Professional Mortgage Company, Inc., located in Greenville, South Carolina. Through its outstanding staff members in both Raleigh and Greenville, the Company offers in-depth, full-service mortgage banking services. Accounting, collections, remitting, and escrow accounts are handled in the Greenville office. Both offices handle security inspections, property reviews, and lender communications. Production capabilities are maintained in Raleigh and Greenville.

The Company is currently servicing over $1.3 billion in commercial mortgages on approximately 350 properties located in six states.
