Mr. Harrelson brings to Professional Mortgage, over 30 years experience in commercial mortgage banking.  Mr. Harrelson's career began in the home office of Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Company. He also served in the Birmingham, Alabama Field Office and later managed the Dallas, Texas Field Office.  In 1971, he was appointed Vice President of Wachovia Mortgage Corp. in the Winston-Salem office where he soon assumed responsibility for mortgage banking.  After 13 years with Wachovia, he accepted a position with Cameron-Brown Company  and managed the Winston-Salem Production Office.  In 1985, Mr. Harrelson opened and managed the Carolinas Production Office of Shoptaw-James, Inc.  In 1994, he formed Professional Mortgage of N.C. Mr. Harrelson graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro in 1964.  He holds a North and South Carolina Real Estate Broker License, and the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute.  He is a North Carolina State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Ms. Harrelson joined Professional Mortgage in August 1994. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Business and Finance. Prior to joining Professional Mortgage of N.C., Ms. Harrelson served as Real Estate Analyst for the Raleigh Production office of Fleet Funding/Mid-Atlantic, where her responsibilities included appraisals, servicing administration, coordination of loan closings, assistance in loan production, property inspections and underwriting analysis. She holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker License and is a North Carolina State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Ms. Harrelson serves at Broker-in-Charge for the Raleigh office and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Mr. Wilson joined Professional Mortgage in July 2001. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and native of Louisville, KY. Prior to joining Professional Mortgage of N.C., Mr. Wilson served as Director of Client Development for Advice, Inc., a Raleigh, NC marketing communications agency. Mr. Wilson has over 15 years experience in marketing, sales and demographic analysis. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate Brokerage License. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Prior to assisting Mr. Harrelson in opening the North Carolina office of Professional Mortgage in June 1994, Ms. Edwards was with Shoptaw-James, Inc. for 4 1/2 years. Her responsibilities include daily office management, accounts payable/receivable, computer technology, income analyses, aerial photography, research, loan packaging, property inspections, loan closings, demographics and updates. Ms. Edwards has over 25 years administrative experience including Executive Secretary to the Assistant County Manager of Wake County, and with the North Carolina Department of Natural Resources. She has attended Wake Technical College and various continuing education classes through N.C. State University.
